Summary: TableSnap is free and works inside your browser. It makes no network requests. We don't collect, sell or share your browsing data or the tables you export.
1. What TableSnap accesses. When you click the TableSnap icon or press its shortcut, TableSnap reads the tables, grids and lists on that one page so it can show a preview and create your export. It doesn't run on pages you haven't clicked it on, and it can't see your other tabs or your browsing history.
2. What stays on your device. Table contents, exports (clipboard, CSV, Excel files) and settings are created and kept on your computer. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. A local counter of how many tables you've grabbed is stored in Chrome's extension storage and never leaves your device.
3. Google Sheets. The "Google Sheets" button copies the table to your clipboard and opens sheets.new in a new tab. TableSnap doesn't connect to your Google account.
4. Sharing and sale. We do not sell, rent or share personal data. We don't use analytics, ads or trackers.
5. Retention and deletion. Uninstalling TableSnap deletes all locally stored data. TableSnap has no server and keeps no records about you.
6. Children. TableSnap isn't directed to children under 13.
7. Changes. We'll post updates here and change the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the extension's release notes.
